A well dressed penguin, such a gentleman! Mr. Penguin is sporting a red bow tie, black smoking jacket over his wings, and yellow painted feet and beaked nose. Frost from the North Pole clings to his belly and under his feet in an oval elegant fashion! Adorned with Swarovski crystals, he is mounted on a round mirror plate. Measures approx. 2" high, and sits on a base about 2" in diameter.
